Biscoff takes centre-stage in this ultimate treat. A Biscoff flavoured blondie, dotted with pockets of Biscoff caramel sauce and toasted pecans, topped with yet more Biscoff caramel sauce and pecans, plus some crushed Lotus biscuits. If that’s not enough for you, it’s finished off with a generous drizzling of Biscoff spread. I have died and gone to cookie butter heaven.
