We all know the difference between a bad and great Millionaire Shortbread lies in the ratios. This Flourish favourite has a thick, crumbly-yet-stable shortbread bottom, a hefty sweet caramel centre, topped with just the right amount of dark chocolate to give it that first-bite snap!

Millionaire Shortbread are best stored in the fridge or in a cool environment, to keep the caramel nice and firm, but it isn’t essential. These treats can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for 5 days, or in the fridge for 7 days – if you can resist them for that long!
